Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. Hawaii is seeking a motivated sales professional to establish rapport with prospective and existing owners, present vacation ownership opportunities, and close deals in our state-of-the-art sales centers at premier resorts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Hawai'i real estate license or already have one.
• Energetic, outgoing and tenacious personality.
• Ability to overcome objections and close sales in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at sales centers located at resort properties.
• Build rapport with prospective and current owners; articulate travel benefits.
• Generate sales using proper closing techniques; leads are prequalified.
• Attend ongoing training and set performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
