Patch Hawaii is seeking an Early Learning Shared Services Specialist II to collaborate with CCMS, FCCs, and partner agencies to promote the Shared Services Model. You will serve as the primary contact for CCMS and FCC providers, facilitating monthly learning communities and tracking attendance.
The role emphasizes outreach, training, and materials development, with travel and occasional extended hours as needed to support program delivery.
As the Early Learning Shared Services Specialist II, you will collaborate with Child Care Management Systems (CCMS), local Child Care Resource & Referral agencies, and Recruiters to promote and share the Shared Services Model. The Specialist II serves as the main point of contact for CCMS and Family Child Providers (FCC). Key responsibilities include facilitating monthly learning communities, tracking attendance, and promoting the Shared Services Model to FCC providers and centers. In this role, you will work closely with partner agencies, networks, and training meetings to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work Environment: A combination of office and outdoor/travel settings
Work Schedule: Typically 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday; occasional evening and weekend hours may be required
