Job summary

Patch Hawaii is seeking an Early Learning Shared Services Specialist II to collaborate with local Child Care Resource & Referral agencies and centers in Hawaii, promoting the Shared Services Model and serving as the primary contact for Family Child Providers.

The role includes coordinating monthly learning communities, tracking attendance, and managing CCMS usage across platforms, with both office and field responsibilities in Honolulu and neighboring regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in ECE or a related field, or 5 years of ECE experience.
• Experience with program management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage Family Child Providers and centers to join the Shared Services program.
• Present at trainings and events to promote the Shared Services Model.
• Create and distribute promotional materials to raise awareness.
• Manage the group website and coordinate with vendors for seamless service integration.
• Provide training and support to Family Child Providers and centers on CCMS usage.
• Host monthly learning communities to promote networking among participants.
• Compile and submit quarterly reports to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
