Child Care Resources Inc in Kailua-Kona is seeking a Shared Services Specialist II to promote and manage the Shared Services Model for FCC providers and centers. You will collaborate with CCMS platforms and local agencies to enable access and participation.

The role includes recruiting providers, presenting at networks, distributing materials, website management, platform demos, and monthly learning events, with quarterly reporting and year-end wrap-up.

Qualifications

• ECE degree or 5 years of experience in ECE.
• Experience with program management.
• Advanced computer software experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and working knowledge of database applications.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Access to high speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Recruit FCC providers and centers to join Shared Service.
• Work alongside partner agencies.
• Present at FCC networks/training meetings.
• Create and distribute flyers/rack cards.
• Manage group website.
• Coordinate and demo various platforms.
• Provide monthly learning and networking with participants.
• Provide quarterly reports; final report year end.
• Other duties assigned.
