Job summary

Patch Hawaii is seeking an Early Learning Shared Services Specialist II to collaborate with CCMS, FCCs, and partner agencies to promote the Shared Services Model. You will serve as the primary contact for CCMS and FCC providers, facilitating monthly learning communities and tracking attendance.

The role emphasizes outreach, training, and materials development, with travel and occasional extended hours as needed to support program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in program management and coordination.
• Advanced computer software skills in Word, Excel, Outlook; working knowledge of database apps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agencies to foster collaborative relationships.
• Recruit and onboard Family Child Providers and centers to the Shared Services Model.
• Provide personalized support to enrollees by managing access to services.
• Present at trainings and FCC networks.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials and rack cards.
• Maintain and update the group website.
• Coordinate demos and assist with platform implementations.
• Host monthly learning and networking sessions with participants.
• Prepare and submit quarterly reports, including an annual year-end report.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
