Job summary

Diablo Tools Inc. is expanding its Sales Team and seeks an extroverted, motivated Sales Professional with 1-8 years of experience to win with THE BEST. This role offers field work across Kansas and collaboration with Regional Managers to drive growth.

Travel 6-8 overnights per month; training on products and selling strategies is provided. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred to join our top-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory to promote and consolidate key categories to Diablo/Freud.
• Administrative duties include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other tasks supporting territory growth.
• Maintain communications with supervisor to discuss customer and company strategies; participate in conference calls; provide revenue planning.
• Support Regional Managers and Key Market Managers with program development and training, and assist with trade shows.
• Travel 6-8 overnights per month to meet customers and develop Territory Managers.
• Territory will cover the state of Kansas.
