Job summary

Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery is seeking a Kalon Aesthetic Concierge to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. You will guide members through membership and treatment options, reach out to current clients to schedule visits, and build lasting relationships with a concierge-level approach that reflects our brand values.

You will welcome clients at the front desk, ensure a warm check-in experience, and host small meetups to deepen loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, warm phone and in-person presence.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a personal high-touch resource for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through membership and treatment options.
• Proactively reach out to current members to schedule visits and answer questions.
• Build lasting relationships by remembering preferences and providing concierge-level service.
• Host small group meetups and events to deepen patient loyalty.
• Represent the brand in every interaction with professionalism, warmth, and personal touch.
• Welcome and assist clients at the front desk to ensure a warm check-in experience.

You Have:
