Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery seeks a friendly, professional Concierge to guide clients through memberships and treatment options, helping them feel valued from the moment they arrive. You will build lasting relationships, reach out to current members for visits, host small events, and represent the brand with warmth and care at the front desk, ensuring a seamless, concierge-level experience every day.

A high standard of service and communication is essential to this role and aligns with our core

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and genuine warmth on the phone and in person.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through memberships and treatment options, acting as a personal high-touch resource.
• Proactively reach out to current members to schedule visits and ensure full value from memberships.
• Build lasting client relationships by remembering preferences and creating a concierge-level experience at every interaction.
• Host small group meetups/events, coffee chats, and other relationship-building touchpoints to deepen patient loyalty.
• Represent the Kalon Aesthetics and Surgery brand with professionalism, warmth, and personal touch at all times.
