Join my Growing Oculofacial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Practice

My name is Dr Kellie Satterfield and I am the owner of San Diego Eye & Face, my boutique oculofacial plastic surgery and aesthetic practice. Our office specializes in cosmetic eyelid surgery, facial rejuvenation, lasers, injectables, and physician-directed skincare.

I am seeking a warm, polished, and motivated person to join our team. This unique role combines exceptional patient care, front office coordination, skincare sales to help optimize pre and post surgical skincare. The ideal candidate is someone who loves connecting with patients, has a passion for skincare and aesthetics, and enjoys being part of a growing practice where they can develop professionally.

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a luxury, welcoming experience from the initial phone call through their entire journey with our practice. Part of the time will be focuses on front office duties while the other time will be spent directly with patients doing individual consultations and treatments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach
• Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
• Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments
• Manage front desk operations and maintain smooth patient flow
• Assist with patient intake, forms, payments, and administrative tasks
• Create an exceptional patient experience that reflects the quality of our practice

Skincare Consultations

• Educate patients on physician-grade skincare products and treatment plans
• Recommend appropriate home skincare routines
• Build long-term relationships with patients and help grow the aesthetic side of the practice
• Support skincare product sales and patient education

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, and highly personable
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and aesthetic medicine
• Comfortable interacting with patients and building relationships
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems

Preferred experience:

**Preference to candidates who have a California Esthetician License**

• Previous medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or luxury hospitality experience
• Experience with skincare sales and patient consultations
