Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or another guest-facing environment.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support studio events, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio environment.

Help Guests Feel Confident from Their Very First Visit Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a passionate and sales-driven Guest Care Specialist to join our Rapid City team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in the guest journey building relationships, delivering a premium experience, and guiding guests toward personalized treatment plans that help them look and feel their best. More than a front desk role, you’ll combine hospitality, consultative sales, and operational support to create meaningful guest experiences while driving studio growth and retention.

Job Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: Starting at $18+ depending on sales experience, plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay
