Job summary

  • Conduct design of experiments and tests for process improvements.
  • Provide engineering support to maintenance personnel.
  • Collaborate with production to improve tooling performance.
  • Create and modify tooling/process drawings in AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
  • Update routing standards for manufacturing processes.
  • Plan workforce utilization and layout for maximum efficiency.
  • Estimate production times and staffing requirements.
  • Communicate capabilities and schedules to production teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors for specifications and procurement.
