Job summary

You will evaluate internal processes, establish KPIs, oversee implementation of changes, and ensure compliance with 5S and safety policies, leveraging Lean/Six Sigma practices. The role requires leadership, mentoring and strong communication to drive cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically require a bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma or related certification may be required.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good judgement and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements organizational changes to promote quality and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee evaluation of internal processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Establish KPIs, assess current state, and define future state goals and objectives.
• Oversee implementation of process changes and track progress toward goals.
• Adhere to 5S standards and safety, environmental and quality policies.
