Job summary

Shared Imaging is seeking a Kaiser Account Manager to cover our California sites. With our White Glove service model, you will drive new business, proactively renew agreements, and ensure high client satisfaction while aligning mobile and fixed imaging solutions to Kaiser’s objectives.

This exempt, full-time role requires 4–5 years in sales or account management, strong communication and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and 35–40% travel within California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing healthcare roles.
• Experience with CRM systems and preferrable Salesforce.
• Knowledge of the healthcare market and diagnostic imaging industry preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 35–40% within California

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Kaiser Permanente account within California, focusing on new business and renewals.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, West, to align strategies for growth and client satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Kaiser decision-makers and site contacts.
• Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue goals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and asset management teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Track, update, and manage customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline progress and market feedback.
