Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant. The Restaurant Manager (RM) has full responsibility for the business including people, operations, and financial metrics. This position reports directly to the Restaurant District Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
  • Recruit, hire, onboard staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and delegate duties
  • Oversee food preparation and safety standards
  • Train staff on brand and company standards
  • Ensure product quality and safety
  • Manage financial records and administrative duties
  • Ensure a safe environment and report issues
  • Achieve operational and financial goals
  • Conduct team check-ins and recognize performance
  • Implement disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Train assistant managers
