Job summary

Teaching Lab in New York, NY seeks a K-8 Special Education Facilitator/Coach to design and deliver high-quality professional learning for educators and school leaders. This contractor role focuses on implementing evidence-based curricula and equitable instructional practices across diverse classrooms.

The Facilitator/Coach will provide 1:1 coaching and group sessions, in person or virtually, travel weekly to New York sites, and contribute to data collection and reflection to assess impact.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching K-8 special education teachers.
• Minimum 2 years as instructional coach with measurable impact on student outcomes.
• Ability to design and deliver professional development in both virtual and in-person settings.
