Zusammenfassung

Teaching Lab is seeking a Facilitator/Coach to design and deliver high-quality professional learning for K-8 educators. You will provide 1:1 coaching and group sessions in-person and virtually, building strong relationships to enhance instructional capacity and student outcomes.

You will guide coaching initiatives, track progress, and collaborate with a project team to ensure effective implementation and measurable impact in school settings.

Qualifikationen

• Deep experience coaching educators in grades K-8 special education.
• Experience teaching or coaching curricula such as HMH Into Reading, EL Education, SPiRE Foundations, Aprendo Leyendo, Wilson Reading System, Phonics For Reading, REWARDS, and STARI.
• At least two years of instructional coaching with evidence of impact on student learning outcomes.
• Experience across various instructional levels and settings.
• Strong background in instructional best practices and adaptable teaching strategies.
• Experience designing professional development materials or serving as an instructional designer.
• Experience facilitating professional learning and coaching in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience building and managing relationships with educators and leaders.

Aufgaben

• Designing and delivering professional development sessions, including feedback cycles and adjustments based on participant input.
• Providing tailored 1:1 coaching and group learning experiences for educators, both in-person and virtually.
• Building collaborative, trusting relationships with educators and leaders to strengthen instructional capacity.
• Supporting data collection, reporting, and reflection to measure coaching and professional learning impact.
