Job summary

EduStaff is seeking a K-3 Student Success Technician to support students with academic, behavioral, and attendance interventions in a primary school setting.

You will work closely with teachers to implement MTSS and PBIS, assist with reading interventions, and help maintain a restorative, positive school culture for students, staff, and families.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates degree required. Salary is $24.00 per hour, 30 hours per week, 183 days per year, with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates degree required.
• Experience with children/adolescents in an urban setting preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to manage student behaviors and foster a positive classroom environment.
• Provide MTSS-based behavioral, academic, and attendance interventions.
