Job summary
Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking an Instructor Quality Specialist to observe K-12 instruction, provide formal feedback, and coach UI instructors delivering special education services in partner districts. Qualifications
- Instructional design and delivery experience in the K-12 setting.
- Strong understanding of IEPs, modifications, and accommodations.
- Experience with teacher observation cycles.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze student performance data.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site formal observations of UI instructors.
- Provide detailed instructional feedback on teaching practices.
- Develop Collaborative Instructional Coaching Plans for UI instructors and/or school district employees.
- Conduct pre-observation conferences to discuss lesson objectives and post-observation conferences to provide constructive feedback.
- Coach UI instructors and collaborate with Instructor Support Specialists to implement coaching cycles.
- Document visits and recommended action items for improvement in instructional design and delivery.
- Guide instructors on implementing instructional best practices, SEL strategies, and behavior management techniques.
