Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
Valid Texas teaching certificate required; elementary/EC-6 or related certification preferred.
Minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience.
Demonstrated ability to coach adults, provide actionable feedback, and support instructional improvement.

Responsibilities

Identify instructional priorities with campus principals and develop coaching plans.
Provide differentiated coaching via observation, feedback, modeling, co-planning and practice.
Use a coaching cycle to set goals, gather evidence, and monitor progress.
Support HQIM implementation with fidelity and high rigor.
Collaborate with campus teams to ensure access to grade-level learning for all scholars.
