Job summary

Doral Leadership in Florida seeks an Instructional Coach (Mathematics) for grades 6–12. This full-time leadership position supports instructional excellence and student achievement by coaching teachers, analyzing data, and aligning curriculum to state standards.

The role leads professional development, coordinates intervention and tutoring programs for about 1,500 students annually, and supports implementation of Florida's B.E.S.T. Standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Professional Educator Certificate.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Certification and demonstrated expertise in Mathematics instruction.
• Strong background in Algebra and Geometry instruction preferred.
• Experience using student performance data to drive instructional decisions.
• Knowledge of Florida's B.E.S.T. Standards and standards-based instruction.
• Experience facilitating professional learning or leading PLCs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with instructional technology and Office/Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and present student performance data to guide instructional decisions.
• Coordinate a school-wide pull-out intervention and tutoring program serving ~1,500 students annually.
• Facilitate PLCs and mentor teachers.
• Support curriculum alignment with Florida's B.E.S.T. Standards.
• Develop instructional resources and professional development.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to strengthen standards-based instruction.
