Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Demonstrated record of improving student achievement and outcomes.
• Strong instructional planning, assessment, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to coach, influence, and develop adult learners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate approximately 6-8 Math teachers.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching meetings with direct reports.
• Observe classrooms regularly and provide actionable feedback aligned to the school rubric.
• Complete formal observations and evaluations within school timelines.
• Develop individualized growth plans for teachers.
• Support teachers in implementing feedback and measuring impact.
