Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs instruction with lesson plans and diverse learning needs to engage all students.
• Guides learning in partnership with students toward state and district standards.
• Evaluates student performance using assessment data to improve instruction.
• Maintains documentation and reports for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manages classroom structure to foster a safe, orderly learning environment.
• Oversees support staff and volunteers to sustain efficient classroom operations.
• Participates in meetings and communicates with families as needed.
