• Develops and guides learning in partnership with students toward state and district standards.
• Evaluates student and class performance using assessment data and other data to adjust instruction.
• Implements best practice instruction aligned with state standards.
• Maintains documentation and reports including student data and teaching certification.
• Manages classroom structure, behavior expectations, and a positive learning environment.
• Models professional behavior and promotes respectful interactions within the district goals.
• Oversees support staff to ensure effective classroom operations.
• Participates in meetings for information sharing and professional growth.
• Responds to emergencies following safety protocols.
