Job summary

This role focuses on MTSS leadership, coordinating Tier II/III interventions, coaching teachers, and facilitating data meetings, ensuring timely progress monitoring and documented goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Current teaching certification or appropriate credentials preferred.
• Experience with academic data, assessments, MTSS, and targeted interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate data meetings to inform instruction and next steps.
• Monitor screening and progress data to identify students needing support.
• Oversee MTSS interventions and ensure fidelity of implementation.
• Coach teachers in using data to differentiate instruction and plan interventions.
• Coordinate communication with families regarding student progress and plans.
• Support school leadership with MTSS planning and documentation.
