Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education and valid Arizona teaching certificate.
• Experience with teachers and site-based teams.
• Experience in data management and using assessment data.
• Master degree preferred and 3–5 years teaching K-8 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on district assessment platforms for staff.
• Facilitate Benchmark testing and SLA implementation to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain rigorous progress monitoring data and update scoring within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with educators to translate data into actionable goals and plans.
• Participate in school-wide planning and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams.
