Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Post Bachelors in Education from an accredited college or university.
• Post-graduate certificate or Master’s degree in Literacy, preferred.
• Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education OR Teaching Certification in ELA 6-12.
• Minimum three (3) years teaching experience in English/Language Arts or Reading.
• Active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to teachers on a regular basis to improve instruction and differentiation and develop targeted interventions.
• Utilize Exact Path to assess proficiency and track student growth and support data-driven decisions.
• Recommend software applications to support students’ subject-specific proficiencies.
• Assist in professional development of strategies to help all learners, including students with dyslexia.
