Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract supporting K-5 students near Dearborn Heights, MI. The role offers a manageable caseload of 40-45 students, with start on Aug 20, 2026 and end on Jun 11, 2027, and a collaborative, supportive team environment.

You will assess, plan, and provide therapy, collaborating with teachers and families to drive student outcomes, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain essential documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Michigan SLP licensure.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other SLPs to maximize student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Maintain documentation for student records and compliance.
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services for a K-5 caseload.
