Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for the Detroit, MI area to support K-12 students during the 26/27 school year. This full-time contract role welcomes those pursuing CFY and those with current licensure eligibility.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat students per IEPs, maintain detailed progress notes, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary school team to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a Michigan SLP license.
• ASHA certification or eligibility (CCC-SLP or CFY).
• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Ability to work effectively with K-12 students with varying needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy for K-12 students based on IEP requirements.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between families, staff, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities.
