Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a full-time, in-person team in a Michigan school district. The role spans two buildings with collaboration through monthly Professional Learning Team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC or CFY candidates eligible.
• State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement IEPs.
• Work closely with classroom teachers, other specialists, and families to support student success.
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with the SLP team via monthly PLT meetings.
