Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility).
  • CCC-SLP preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly desired.
  • Ability to develop and implement engaging therapy plans for elementary-aged students.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.
  • Document progress and maintain meticulous records in accordance with school guidelines.
  • Provide consultative services and training to educators and families as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on communication strategies in the school environment.
