Zusammenfassung

Granite School District is seeking a Plymouth Elementary Literacy Interventionist to provide targeted Tier 2/3 literacy instruction for K–5 students using Science of Reading approaches.

One-year assignment starting 2026–2027; requires USBE teaching license or equivalent and LETRS training; ESL endorsement preferred. Will collaborate with staff, monitor IRPs, and participate in district PL opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Requires one of: USBE professional educator license (Elementary, ECE, or SPED K-12) or equivalent license from another state/country with Utah license by end of first year.
• Completion of LETRS training or equivalent.
• Willing to meet Utah Science of Reading requirements (S.B. 241) and ASL endorsement preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality Tier 2/3 literacy instruction to K–5 students (4–6 per group) for 30 minutes daily, four days a week.
• Administer and analyze assessments; develop and monitor IRPs for below-benchmark students.
• Collaborate with literacy team, attend PLCs and SST meetings, and communicate progress to families.
