Job summary

Oswegoland Park District seeks a part-time Site Supervisor to oversee a multi-recreational before and after-school program across District 308 elementary schools. You will report to the Coordinator of Kid's Connection and ensure activities align with our goals and philosophy.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and supervising staff, prioritizing tasks, coordinating with schools and parents, managing supplies, and transporting children using park buses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and age 21 or older.
• Decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation, delegation and organizational skills.
• Experience in administrative, program planning, public relations, and personnel management is helpful.
• Knowledge of children's physical, emotional, and developmental patterns.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
• Behavior aligned with the Park District values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate a multi-recreational before/after-school program for K-5.
• Prioritize job assignments for leaders.
• Coordinate with participants, parents, school and park district personnel.
• Assist with program supply and equipment management.
• Drive park-owned buses and transport children.
• Other duties as assigned.
