Job summary

Alpha hires teachers (guides) on a full-time basis with immediate benefits and relocation support. The Literacy Program Coordinator delivers structured-reading instruction to K-3 students using AI-adaptive apps, creating data-driven lessons without a published curriculum.

You will design short, impactful workshops, lead motivation sessions, and analyze performance data to improve outcomes at Alpha campuses nationwide. This role requires in-person work at specified campuses.

Qualifications

• Structured-literacy certification OR Master’s in reading instruction required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of full-time K-3 structured reading instruction in the last 5 years.
• Ability to design lessons from student data without a published program.

Responsibilities

• Create 20-minute small-group reading workshops using live app data.
• Lead daily motivation sessions to drive weekly app goals.
• Analyze AI-generated performance data to modify instruction mid-day.
• Conduct running records, fluency probes, and decoding assessments.
• Be a high-energy, relatable adult for K-3 students.
