Job summary

Alpha is hiring Learning Coaches for on-site roles across campuses. You will coach K–3 students through app-based core learning, diagnose literacy gaps, and design short, targeted sequences.

You’ll lead morning launches, life-skills activities, and closing routines while maintaining daily goals and data-driven progress. The role requires 3+ years with children, structured literacy training, and a willingness to work on-site with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working with children ages 4–9 in educational settings.
• Experience teaching reading in K-3 within last 5 years.
• Familiar with app-based learning and literacy diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Coach students through app-based core learning and diagnose gaps.
• Lead short, structured-literacy sessions for 2–4 students.
• Guide morning launch, workshops, and daily routines on campus.
• Drive students to weekly app goals using gamification and data.
• Stay with students through lunch, recess, and closing with a proactive plan.
