Job summary

Crossover is hiring a Reading Interventionist to work on-site at a campus in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ. You will own a cohort of K-3 students, coach Guides, and lead interactive workshops focused on life skills and academic growth.

You’ll analyze performance data, run motivation sessions, and develop scalable playbooks. Relocation assistance is provided for this full-time role, with a compensation level around $150,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• Strong commitment to innovative K-3 education models.
• Experience with coaching or leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills: public speaking, focus, collaboration, resilience, accountability.
• Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback to meet goals.
• Conduct motivation sessions linking goals to academic progress.
• Create and refine playbooks to scale best practices.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model facilitation excellence.
