Qualifications

• On-site work with K-3 students and a focus on diagnostic literacy
• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching certificate not required
• Structured-literacy training or master’s in reading/literacy required

Responsibilities

• Guide two to four students through targeted literacy sessions
• Identify decoding gaps using running records and fluency probes
• Deliver short, 15-minute lessons and verify skill transfer
• Conduct brief literacy sessions during campus routines and meals
• Maintain weekly data for families and manage app-based learning progression
