Job summary

Crossover is hiring a Program Manager to lead a K-3 coaching cohort at Alpha campuses in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ. You will coach Guides and students, analyze performance data, and build scalable playbooks that drive measurable improvement.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor’s in Education or related field, 5+ years with elementary students, and team leadership experience. Relocation assistance is available; salary is $150,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working with elementary-aged children (approximately ages 5 to 9).
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people with hiring/removal decisions based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides and students through performance data analysis and feedback with measurable objectives.
• Leading one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills and public speaking.
• Developing and refining playbooks to scale proven practices across cohorts.
• Training Guides on playbooks and maintaining high facilitation standards.
