Job summary

Crossover in the United States is hiring a full-time Homeroom Teacher (Guide) to lead K‑3 reading using app-based core learning. You will diagnose decoding gaps, design short literacy sequences, and monitor weekly progress for 2–4 students.

You must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of classroom experience with young children, plus structured literacy training. Relocation support is provided, with a compensation of $120,000 USD per year, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years direct work with children 4–9.
• 2+ years teaching reading in K-3 (recent 5 years).
• Completed structured-literacy training or master's in reading/literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead app-based core learning and diagnose gaps.
• Run short literacy sessions with small groups.
• Guide morning launch, workshops, and daily routines.
• Drive weekly app goals using school currency and gamification.
• Support students through lunch, recess, and closing with plans for each child.
