Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Learning Coach to guide K–3 students through app-based core literacy learning on a full-time, on-site campus. You will diagnose decoding gaps, design targeted sequences, and monitor progress with weekly data for parents.

Join a team that launches structured literacy sessions, maintains daily goals, and supports students from launch to close. On-site relocation support is available and a six-figure team culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working directly with children ages 4-9
• 2+ years teaching reading in K-3 within last 5 years
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master’s in reading or literacy

Responsibilities

• Coaching students through app-based core learning and diagnosing gaps
• Running short literacy sessions with 2–4 students and a designed sequence
• Leading morning launch, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities
• Driving students to weekly app goals with leaderboards and gamification
• Staying with students through lunch, recess, and closing with a plan for each child
