Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Executive Coach to lead a K-3 cohort in person at Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ, driving motivation, life skills, and accountability. You will own a cohort daily, coach Guides, and scale proven methods across teams.

You have at least 5 years working with elementary students, a suitable degree, and track record building programs. Relocation support is provided and compensation is about six figures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people with hiring/removal authority.
• Experience building, launching, or growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and observations to drive measurable goals.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills (public speaking, focus, collaboration, resilience, accountability).
• Run motivation sessions linking each child\'s goals to real academic progress.
• Build and refine playbooks to standardize best practices for repeatable impact as the team grows.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence in facilitation to maintain standards.
