Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Head Coach to oversee a cohort of K-3 students, using data, observation, and coaching to ensure each child loves school and develops life skills. You will coach Guides and students, deliver workshops, and build playbooks to scale coaching excellence across the school.

This full-time W2 role requires a Bachelor's in Education and 5+ years with elementary students. Relocation support is provided for NYC or Miami campuses. Earns $200,000 USD per year with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven track record using data to improve performance.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in NYC or Miami.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and observations to improve outcomes.
• Deliver engaging workshops for K-3 focused on communication, resilience, collaboration, accountability, and focus.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions connecting motivation to academic growth.
• Build and refine repeatable coaching playbooks for the Guide team's performance.
• Train and mentor Guides while modeling exceptional coaching daily.
