Job summary

Alpha hires guides to lead life-skills workshops and coach K-3 students using adaptive learning technology. You’ll run one cohort band, alternate coaching and workshop blocks, and focus on building confidence, focus, and communication through measurable outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site role across Alpha campuses nationwide, with a commitment to high standards and student growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with children 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, youth programs, or similar environments.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with engagement strategies.
• Track record of motivating children to achieve challenging goals with concrete examples.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning tools while focusing on coaching and life-skill development.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups, using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and coach toward real understanding.
• Adapt coaching style to cohort development, using varied activities like songs and storytelling.
• Build strong relationships to help students stretch toward ambitious weekly goals.
