Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Elementary Program Lead. This is a full-time, in-person role based at a campus in New York City or Miami, FL, with relocation support provided and a compensation level of $200,000 USD per year.

You will coach Guides and K-3 students using data and classroom observations to drive measurable improvement, lead workshops, and build scalable coaching playbooks across the team. Join a mission to elevate learning alongside high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven ability to grow programs and initiatives.
• Strong data-informed coaching and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and observations to improve outcomes.
• Lead workshops on communication, resilience, and life skills.
• Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching linking motivation to growth.
• Develop coaching playbooks to raise performance across the team.
• Mentor Guides and model exceptional coaching daily.
