Alpha is hiring for an Elementary Program Lead in person at a campus in New York City or Miami. You will own outcomes for a K-3 cohort, using data and coaching to help students love school and learn rapidly.

This role is coaching-first, not traditional instruction. You will document what works, build playbooks, and help shape Alpha's future Guides. Join a fast-moving team with high standards and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 5 years with elementary-aged children (ages 5-9).
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven ability to use data and outcomes to improve performance.
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback to achieve improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 focused on communication, resilience, collaboration, accountability, focus, and life skills.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group coaching connecting motivation to academic growth and independence.
• Build and refine coaching playbooks to raise performance across the Guide team.
• Train and mentor Guides while modeling exceptional coaching daily.
