Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Learning Coach to guide a K-3 cohort using adaptive learning technology. You will coach Guides and students in classrooms, analyze performance, and deliver workshops on communication, resilience, focus, and accountability to drive independent learning.

This role is in-person at a New York City or Miami campus with relocation support. It is a full-time, benefits-enabled position offering about $200,000 USD per year and a weekly pay cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children (ages 5–9).
• Experience leading teams and driving measurable outcomes using data.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students toward measurable improvements using performance data and observations.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 students on communication, resilience, collaboration, accountability, and focus.
• Lead coaching sessions to connect motivation with academic growth and independence.
• Build and refine repeatable coaching playbooks to raise performance across the Guide team.
• Train and mentor Guides while modeling exceptional coaching and facilitation daily.
