Job summary

Crossover is hiring for an Instructional Coordinator to lead structured-literacy workshops for K-2 students on-site. You’ll design lessons from authentic data, run weekly motivation sessions, and monitor progress with running records and decoding assessments.

This role focuses on engaging young learners, using AI-adaptive tools to tailor instruction, and collaborating on a evolving K-2 reading framework at Alpha campuses.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have structured-literacy certification or Master’s in reading instruction.
• Ability to develop reading lessons from data without a scripted program.
• Willingness to work in person full-time at one Alpha campus or Park City, UT relocation available.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate small-group K-2 reading workshops rooted in structured-literacy approaches.
• Conduct daily motivation sessions using Alpha's framework and gamification.
• Administer and evaluate running records, fluency probes, and decoding assessments.
• Analyze AI-generated performance data to differentiate instruction.
• Be the approachable, energetic adult your K-2 students look forward to seeing each day.
