Job summary

Alpha is seeking a full-time Instructional Coordinator to run structured-literacy reading workshops for K-2 students on-site at multiple campus locations. You will use data-driven methods and AI-adaptive tools to tailor small-group instruction and motivate learners in engaging sessions.

Qualified candidates hold a structured-literacy certification or a Master’s in reading instruction, plus 2+ years of K-2 experience. On-site work across campuses is required; robust benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Structured-literacy certification or master's in reading instruction.
• 2+ years of full-time K-2 reading instruction in past 5 years.
• Ability to develop own reading lessons from student data.
• Proven ability to assess progress in fluency, decoding, and phonics.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate small-group K-2 reading workshops rooted in structured literacy.
• Conduct daily motivation sessions to hit weekly adaptive-app targets.
• Administer running records, fluency probes, and decoding assessments.
• Analyze AI-generated performance data to differentiate instruction.
• Engage as the energetic, approachable adult for K-2 students daily.
