Job summary

Alpha campus is seeking a full-time on-site K-2 literacy Guide. The role focuses on delivering small-group reading workshops using structured-literacy approaches, guided by live performance data and AI-enhanced instruction.

You will conduct daily motivation sessions to help all students reach weekly targets, evaluate running records and fluency, and adapt teaching based on data insights. On-campus video storytelling and first-month credibility-building are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in structured literacy with Orton-Gillingham/LETRS/Wilson/IMSE.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate small-group K-2 reading workshops rooted in structured-literacy approaches.
• Lead daily motivation sessions to help students reach weekly app targets.
• Deliver and evaluate running records, fluency assessments, and decoding probes.
• Analyze AI-generated performance data to tailor instruction.
• Be a high-energy, approachable adult in the classroom.
