Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning and mentorship. You will design and run small-group K-3 reading workshops informed by real-time adaptive-app data, rooted in structured-literacy approaches.

You will lead motivation sessions, analyze AI metrics to adjust instruction, and document progress with running records and weekly campus data meetings. This role emphasizes accountability and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Structured-literacy certification or a Master's degree in reading instruction.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of K-3 structured reading instruction in the past 5 years.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time at an Alpha campus: Beverly Hills, CA; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Malibu, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Seattle, WA; Greenwich, CT; Boston, MA; or New York City, NY (relocation assistance available)
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Deliver quantifiable K-3 reading improvement across phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Lead 20-minute small-group workshops informed by real-time adaptive-app data.
• Facilitate daily motivation sessions to meet weekly app objectives.
• Analyze AI-generated performance metrics to modify instruction during the day.
• Maintain running records, fluency assessments, and decoding evaluations to show progress in weekly data meetings
