Job summary

Alpha seeks a dedicated Reading Program Coordinator to deliver structured-literacy instruction for K-2 students. You will lead small-group workshops, analyze progress with running records, and adapt lessons using AI-generated performance data.

A passion for early literacy and strong classroom presence are essential. On-site roles at multiple campuses require a Stellar track record in reading instruction, certification, or a Master’s degree in reading, plus experience with adaptive platforms.

Qualifications

• Structured-literacy certification OR Master’s in reading instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years K-2 structured reading instruction in past 5 years.
• Ability to create lessons and communicate teaching methods clearly.
• Experience with AI/adaptive learning platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site at multiple US campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured-literacy instruction with measurable acceleration in K-2 reading outcomes.
• Create and run small-group reading workshops based on data.
• Analyze AI data to refine instruction and progress.
• Lead engaging workshops and motivational sessions for students.
